Register Through Your Team’s Website
Each swim team manages its own registration, pricing, schedules, and policies. To register a swimmer, visit that team’s individual Swimtopia website and select its registration link. If you cannot find the website or have questions about joining, contact the team directly for assistance.
Access Every Team from One Account
Your swimmers may participate with multiple Swimtopia teams, such as a summer team, school team, or year-round club. When those team memberships are connected to the same email address, you can access them through one Swimtopia account and move between teams without maintaining separate logins.
Find Important Team Information
Visit your team’s Swimtopia website or sign in to your account to find schedules, announcements, meet details, team policies, and other important resources. You have a dependable place to check current information instead of searching through old emails or wondering whether you missed an update.
Sign Up for Meets and Review Entries
Let your team know whether your swimmers will attend upcoming meets and select events when permitted. Once coaches complete the lineup, review each swimmer’s individual events, relays, heat information, and lane assignments when available.
Manage Your Family’s Volunteer Commitments
View available jobs and shifts, choose assignments that fit your schedule, and review your family’s commitments. Depending on your team’s setup, you may also be able to see completed assignments and track progress toward season-long volunteer requirements.
