SwimTopia’s integration with the SWIMS 3.0 Online Member Registration system makes it easy to sync your team’s membership data with USA Swimming – to make sure everyone who needs to be a USA Swimming member is registered and ready to go. You can easily track your participants’ membership status and email them a registration link to join USA Swimming if their membership has lapsed or they are new to swimming. Your team members can also see their membership status when logged in and follow links to get registered with USA Swimming as needed.
Note: no team management systems sync with USA Swimming’s SWIMS time history data at this time.
SwimTopia offers you reports that help you track the USA Swimming status of all your team members: swimmers and parents alike. And you can easily see your team members’ USA Swimming membership status within the SwimTopia interface, when looking at your roster, or even creating meet entries.
If you have team members that are not in good standing with USA Swimming, it’s easy to send them an email with a registration link so they can register in the SWIMS 3.0 system. To save you time and effort, we have template emails that include the necessary link to your team’s unique registration portal within USA Swimming. Even though we’ve got the message started for you, the emails are completely customizable. Send messages to all swimmers or parents with the same membership status at once, or email team members individually as needed.
If your team is connected to the USA Swimming SWIMS 3.0 system, we can automatically provide your team members with their USA Swimming membership status as soon as they register for your team. Our registration confirmation screen provides membership status for each athlete and parent registered, and provides the necessary link for them to create a USA Swimming account (if they don’t already have one).
When your team members are logged into SwimTopia, their My Account page will display their current USA Swimming membership status. If they, or a family member, need to register with USA Swimming the necessary link is right on the page.
The user-friendly data entry, the way DQs are easy to code, the ability to have multiple computers running data entry to speed things up, the reports we were able to run... all of these things made for a fantastic experience. We are really excited to keep using Meet Maestro in the future!
New and very experienced scorekeepers discovered Meet Maestro - working in conjunction with the CTS Dolphin stopwatch system - to be an extremely efficient way of running our meets.
We have been using Meet Maestro and found the system to be truly intuitive. Summer league is run by volunteers who don’t have the time to invest in classes to learn a new system. With Meet Maestro they don’t have to. Our volunteers just sit down and get right to work.
I like that as an admin in SwimTopia I can upload meet schedules or meet templates; then swimmers can sign up and even suggest what they would like to swim, parents can volunteer for the meets, and coaches have an even easier job seeding the meet than they would with paper and pencil.
We've used SwimTopia for 6 years, but in 2019 used the combined SwimTopia team management and Meet Maesto meet system. The near-seamless integration of the two very different software packages saved out team a massive amount of time and headaches. In addition, the SwimTopia staff just 'gets' swim team administration.
Some of our league's teams beta tested SwimTopia's Meet Maestro meet management software and found it to be very user friendly with an easy learning curve.
