SwimTopia was built on the idea that swim team management software should be easy to use and intuitive. We believe that charging for setup or support encourages companies to make more complicated software and that’s not what we do. We’ve created a thorough Help Center, intended to be the first line of defense, but our Customer Happiness Team is standing by when you need to talk to a human! Customers give SwimTopia Support 4.5 out of 5 stars on our annual survey. We call it “Customer Happiness” for a reason!

Help Center: You’ll find step-by-step instructions in our Help Center. Use the search field to quickly find articles relating to your topic of interest.

Contextual Help: From any page of the “Manage Team” admin portal of your SwimTopia site you’ll be able to find help related to the page you’re on.  The Help Center button in the upper right corner will take you directly to related topics in our Help Center. And the yellow Help bubble in the lower right corner will offer suggested inline help.

Workshop Webinars: Whether you’re with a brand new SwimTopia team, or you’re a new admin with a returning team, we offer recordings of Workshop Webinar training sessions and videos, where you can dive deeper into specific topics like website style & content, online registration, volunteer coordination, or meet entries.

Customer Happiness Team: You can submit a help request or call our Customer Happiness Team. We answer the phones 9am-6pm Central Time. After hours you can leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
