SwimTopia team admins now have the option to send communications as notification alerts. Sending an alert triggers a push notification to team members who’ve downloaded the app and allowed notifications, removing the need for external texting apps. Plus, team members that upgrade to a Pro subscription will receive swim reminders on meet days when their team uses the SwimTopia Live Event/Heat Bar feature in the app. And when the host team is using Meet Maestro, team members will receive live results notifications after their kids have swum.
SwimTopia Mobile displays a Live Event/Heat Indicator that keeps you up-to-date on what’s happening in the pool in real time. The Live Indicator is updated with the current event and heat being swum, and is invaluable if you can’t see the pool from your volunteer position, or you’re home with the siblings and trying to time your arrival at the pool. You’ll never miss a swim again!

SwimTopia Mobile keeps your swimmer’s best times and swim history at your fingertips when your team uses SwimTopia for team management, with details on every swim for which SwimTopia has data, organized by stroke and distance. The app shows a summary of best times for each swimmer, and from there you can drill down into each event for more information.
You can see all your team’s upcoming calendar events when your team uses SwimTopia for team management, and then drill down to specific meets to sign up for meets.
Sign up for meets and swim events through the mobile app. When SwimTopia Mobile is used with Meet Maestro, team members can even see their swimmers’ heats, lanes, and estimated start times per event.
Teams using SwimTopia Premium have full-functioning volunteer management. Parents can sign up for jobs and shifts through the SwimTopia Mobile. With the meet overview, parents can see which volunteer positions their family is signed up for.
With a Pro subscription, Meet Maestro™ users can view the meet’s heat sheets in the app, including estimated start times for each event. If your team is updating the Live Event/Heat Bar as the meet progresses the estimated start times will adjust according to the actual progress of the meet for added accuracy, and with Pro, you’ll receive swim reminders for favorite swimmers.
