After the 2015 summer season we sent all our active administrators a Customer Happiness Survey. We had a fantastic response and received a lot of great feedback. We were happy to find that respondents gave us an average of 9 on a scale of 0-10 on the question “How likely is it that you would recommend SwimTopia to a friend or colleague?” with 10 being “Very Likely”. That’s a lot of customer happiness!
The majority of respondents gave us high ratings because we were so easy to use and we made managing their swim teams so much simpler. Users found SwimTopia intuitive, and useful for streamlining processes like registration, meet entries and volunteer sign ups.
Of course we heard ideas on areas where we can improve. We had a lot of suggestions on specific features people would like to see added to SwimTopia. SwimTopia thrives on happy customers and we have spent years listening to our customers and adding features and functionality that make managing swim teams easier. Every feature that’s been added to SwimTopia since its inception is there because customers asked for it. Our Customer Happiness Survey has given us a great avenue to hear your requests and help us prioritize the development of planned features.

We understand that every swim team is run differently. When we conceptualize new features we try to look at every angle: how would different teams need and use this feature? If we make this feature how will it effect and build upon our existing features and those we have planned for the future? Things that seem easy to add can be supremely complex! As we move forward along our product development road map we’ll continue to listen to our customers and evolve with the environment, while keeping true to our core principal: that running your swim team should be LESS WORK and MORE FUN!
