What’s New Announcement Feature
One of the most convenient ways to learn about recent updates is through our What’s New announcement feature. This feature is accessible in the administrator-only “Manage Team” area of SwimTopia. A red notification bubble will appear whenever new features are added, signaling something new for you to explore. This ensures you’re always in the loop with the latest tools and improvements designed to help you manage your swim team more efficiently.

This is a great way to catch up on any updates you might have missed and to explore the full range of enhancements we’ve rolled out over time. Whether you’re a seasoned SwimTopia user or new to the platform, staying informed about these updates can help you get the most out of your experience.

What’s New Since Last Summer?
Here are some exciting additions since last year’s “Summer Season”:
- Dive Support – Entries and scoring
- Divisional Scoring – Scoring by groups of time standards, flights, teams, or events
- Double Dual Scoring – Score multiple pairs of teams within a single meet independently, as though each team pair were competing in their own dual meet
- DQ Report – Found in Meet Maestro Post-Meet reports – allows various filter options
- Timing System Updates:
- Soft Touch / Late Button Indicators – The results input box will be highlighted in yellow to call attention to a soft touch or late backup button
- Timing Configuration Updates – CTS Dolphins, Time Drops, and Wylas Timing Systems were updated
- Sign-Up Status Indicator – new color on the Sign-Up Calendar to indicate parents have already taken action on Meet or Job RSVP
- Daktronics and Swiss / Omega Timing Support released in Beta – complete this form if your team wishes to gain access.
