NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway (”giveaway”) is sponsored by SwimTopia, located in Austin, Texas (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 10/05/2025 and ends on 10/31/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Week 1: 10/05 – 10/11
- Week 2: 10/12 – 10/19
- Week 3: 10/20 – 10/25
- Week 4: 10/26 – 10/31
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter in one of the following ways:
- Method 1 (Social Entry):
- Follow the Sponsor’s official Instagram account @SwimTopia and comment the entrant’s Instagram handle on the official Facebook giveaway post
- Method 2 (Alternate Entry):
- To enter without performing the above actions, send an email with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” to hello@swimtopia.com, and include your full name.
- Bonus Entries:
- One (1) additional entry will be awarded for each of the following:
- Sharing the official giveaway post.
- Tagging a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.
- One (1) additional entry will be awarded for each of the following:
Limit one (1) entry per action per person, per week, regardless of entry method. Entries do not carry over from week to week; a new entry must be submitted each week for eligibility. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per week (four(4) winners total) will each receive:
- One (1) SwimTopia T-Shirt
- One (1) SwimTopia Sticker Pack
- One (1) $25 SwimOutlet Gift Card
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package is $45.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. “SwimOutlet is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.”
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random from eligible entries on or about November 1, 2025, and notified via Instagram Direct Message or email within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Rights Granted by Entrant
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Release
By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Sponsor, and their affiliates from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.
11. Governing Law
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
