Meet Maestro Now Has Enhanced Dolphin Integration

After months of collaboration between the developers of SwimTopia’s Meet Maestro and Colorado Time Systems’ Dolphin wireless timing system, we are excited to announce more robust integration between the
two products. The new and enhanced features in both platforms will work together to save volunteers and officials more time than ever while running swim meets.
Meet Maestro is SwimTopia’s meet management platform that was piloted by hundreds of swim teams last summer, and is now available to all SwimTopia customers as part of their SwimTopia system. Designed to simplify running swim meets with a sleek, easy-to-learn user interface, Meet Maestro is a natural fit with the CTS Dolphin wireless timing system. The Dolphin System saves time and improves accuracy of recorded times by eliminating manual, time-consuming, data entry during swim meets. Meet Maestro’s enhanced Dolphin integration makes it an excellent choice of meet management software to pair with the Dolphin system.
Latest Updates
With the latest updates, Meet Maestro now publishes full event details to the Dolphin system, which enhances the event and heat information displayed in the Dolphin software and on any attached 
scoreboards. When paired with a Dolphin timing system, Meet Maestro is able to broadcast the current event and heat to SwimTopia Mobile’s Live Event/Heat Bar directly from the Dolphin starter controls. The data sharing between the starter system and Meet Maestro eliminates the need for a separate volunteer to publish the current event/heat status and ensures optimal accuracy for heat start time estimates. With the new software updates, when the Dolphin operator marks lanes as “no show” or “disqualified” the NS and DQ information is automatically imported into Meet Maestro. Plus, there is a new, configurable, data directory in Dolphin, making network sharing easier. These improvements to both software systems work together to provide a better experience when using Dolphin and Meet Maestro together.
